International Christian School began as a school for missionary children in 1992. It now serves 970 students from Reception through to High School. The School offers a creative, broad-based North American curriculum including a Putonghua programme in which academic studies are balanced with artistic, physical and other co-curricular activities. The Secondary School has approximately 430 students in Grade 8 to 12 (aged 11 to 18). Teachers emphasise learning through exploration, expression and self-discipline. Creativity and biblical ethics are integrated in every subject.
